reminder: send airfares qoutations

hi!

please , please, send your airfare qoutes. we need to finalize the budget.

Yukika is asking in aworc-meet if she can be in the April meeting, and
perhaps others too might wish to also attend. My sense is to say that we
welcome all posible help within the network. But for the trainers' meeting,
our priority in terms of attendance are the trainers and the people in
APWINC and Isis who will be helping out in the logistics and
communications. So we need to figure out how much the airfares are of those
who have to be at the meeting, so we can see if there are still a bit of
money left for those who want to still come.
