general addresses for WENT2000 info and application

hi all!

I just checked the information we have about went2000 in the aworc site and
the apwinc site, and found a couple of problems that need fixing.

The address of the WENT2000 secraetriat is:
went2000@isiswomen.org

This is the address advertised in the announcement, and most people wanting
information about WENT will most like write to this address.

The other address: went2000-apply@isiswomen.org
is the address where people should send their applications.

Recipients of went2000-apply are supposed to be members of the selection
committee, which at the moment is non-existent. So mails sent to
went2000-apply gets sent instead to went2000@isiswomen.org

Please change this to: went2000-apply@isiswomen.org
