Justina is based in Melbourne, Australia. She began using Internet and communication technologies intensively in 1995. With the Association of Progressive Communications (APC) Women's Networking Support Program (WNSP), Justina coordinated Melbourne Online to Beijing, a public access Internet and resource centre, in parallel with the Beijing Women's Conference.
Justina is a founding member and senior Web builder for Toy Satellite, a small production team producing a range of commercial, cultural, educational and experimental Web media. She also advocates on accessibility issues with regards to Internet-based learning at RMIT University.
