B+5 component should be in the announcement somehow and be reflected in
the training if the funding comes through.  so my major interest here is
to get feed-back from the track leaders whether something like that seem
possible to accomodate? if so, what will be the options available? at
what cost? is it workable? etc.

if not feasible, i will still consult Mr. Kobayashi on how we want to 
go about WENT 2000 and try to negotiate funding. but think it might be
better to spread the budget to June 2000 on-site IT-training (including
reporting, etc) and other B+5 related activities that we might be able
to convince him with.

i think i'll have better idea once i revisit the proposal document
closely but i am thinking on making use of acivities around on-site
report and possible follow-up activities such as, report-back from
National meetings on Women2000 outcome, report/info.package distribution.

give me the subdirectory for funding proposals then i can cp the file
or you can upload.  either way is ok.   it would also be a great help
for me to go over other proposals now.
