logistics and communications support for went2000

hi again!

in our formal announcement for went2000, we have directed people who want
more information about went2000 to the generic address:
went2000@isiswomen.org. 

i have set up such an addess, which is an alias address for chat, cheekay
and myself. i'd like to find out if anyone else is interested to coming
onboard to help out in the logistics and communications work for went2000.
or if we can afford to hire someone to do the logistics and communications
support, to provide the same backstop work which cheekay and chat did for
went1999. yet again this is another reason why I strongly think that
kio-chung needs to attend the trainers' meeting to sort out this and other
things related to the fund management for went2000. calling professor
kio-chung ....
