i'm sorry to be a spoilsport, i thought i suggested that we start on a
monday -- that's April 24 - 28. i will be tavelling on April 30. so if it
is okey with everyone, can we please have the meeting earlier. 

i have already asked cheekay to help me in

i think we should seriously think of hiring someone to help with
preparations for the training. from last year's expereince, cheekay and i
spent a lot of time on logistics/admin. i don't think it is realistic and
fair to load this on pi who will also lead the substantive preparation.
