Airfares, flight details and other admin stuff



Hi, all!

As promised here's a message on admin and logistics.  Here are some things
I need know to make sure that everyone (flying in) gets here in one piece :)

WILL YOU NEED SOMEONE TO PICK YOU UP FROM THE AIRPORT?:
WILL YOU NEED A LETTER OF INVITATION? (For Visa purposes): 
IF YES, PLEASE INDICATE YOUR FAX NUMBER:
AIRFARE RATE (in US$, if possible): 
WILL YOU BE ABLE TO SHOULDER YOUR AIRFARE AND BE REIMBURSED HERE IN MANILA?
IF NO, PLEASE INDICATE HOW WE CAN ARRANGE THE PAYMENT:
DO YOU HAVE SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS (vegetarian, etc)?:
