        Welcome to Isis International-Manila.
        The following are some reminders and house rules for your stay with us:

• Smoking is allowed on designated areas only (patio, garden, terrace).
• Food and drinks are not allowed inside the Resource Center (library).  This is to avoid spillage on books and materials.
• Library materials are for room use only.  Bringing in books or magazines from the library to the rooms (sleeping quarters) is prohibited.
• Requests for laundry and purchase of items you need will be processed in the morning at the Finance & Administration Program (FAP) Office which is located at the ground floor.
• Long distance calls and faxing are allowed upon coordination with FAP.
• The FAP Office also accepts valuables for safekeeping.
• For flight confirmations, look for Gemma at the FAP Office or Cheekay.
• Printing and photocopying services related to the training are provided free upon coordination with Cheekay.
• Reimbursements will be processed on the first day of the training.  Look for Cheekay or Gemma.
• Inform the FAP of your whereabouts outside of the training schedule.
